This 14 million dollar negotiated project consisted of two buildings totaling 46,000 square feet sitting on 10 acres. The two-story Generations Building (classroom building) serves Nursery through High School Students. The Sanctuary Building seats 1,100 people and contains a state-of-the-art sound and video system.
The first of its kind, this addition and remodel of the Clovis West Campus added a fully-functioning EECU branch to campus. This Hard Bid CTEProject allows students to get hands-on experience serving the public, in of their banking needs, at the heart of the Clovis West Campus.
CUSD PROFESSIONAL LEARNING CENTER - MiCARE - FRESNO, CA
This CM Multi Prime project was comprised of eight phases over a nine-month period. It includes offices, lecture and meeting areas, a special education center and, the first-of-its-kind, medical facility specifically for Clovis Unified Staff.
The Downtown Clovis location of Realty Concepts is a three-story, 13,000 square foot Design-Assist building consisting of brick, precast concrete and custom ornate features. The interior has exposed roof structures, utilities with contemporary glass work and modern furnishings.
This 6 million dollar hard bid project consists of 5 phases over a 10 month duration. Each building will be modernized and turned over so the upgrades to the next building can follow. Summer of 2018 will bring the final phase which will upgrade the entire site.
With a start date of Spring Break 2018, the 2.8 million dollar Construction Management Multi-Prime modernization of the Lecture Hall and the Library will be complete in time for school to start in August of 2018.
Currently in preconstruction services: This project will be delivered under the Construction Management Multi-Prime Method. It consists of a 13,000 new District Office for Kerman Unified School District.
