MARK WILSON CONSTRUCTION
In 1997, we began with a vision to set a new standard for responsible building in the San Joaquin Valley. Today, we carry on the traditions of Founder and Board Member Mark Wilson and continue to grow using the “Builder First” mentality.

Under the direction of our President, Doug Reitz, we believe in building projects that have the complete dedication of the entire team: from the owners to the architects to the subcontractors, regardless of the size of the project. Together, with our partners we focus intently on the vision of the project and pay attention to the smallest details of the work without resting on a nostalgic “way of doing things.”

At MWC, our aim is to walk beside the next generation of builders and inspire them to carry on the philosophy - "Be a builder in everything you do every day."
Traditionally, being a builder means being a “craftsman” always considering safety, quality, time and cost. Looking at the bigger picture, being a builder in everything you do involves qualities that go beyond pure construction. To "Be a builder" means to build:

We believe that everyone can be a builder, no matter what job you do or what position you hold. Every person brings different qualities as well as the ability to learn and grow. We can't possibly do it individually, but together we can. Our purpose at MWC is created not just with the buildings we build, but with our teammates, and with the people that will use the buildings after construction is completed. For example, schools will allow teachers to BUILD knowledge, medical facilities will allow doctors to BUILD health, and churches will allow pastors to BUILD faith.

MWC’s public and private projects range in size from 1,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet including new facilities, tenant improvements and modernizations. Our pre-construction and construction services are based on three simple words. “Listen. Plan. Build.” We believe in listening to the team first, to learn the key elements and needs of the project. Then through communication and collaboration, we carefully plan the project together
before we begin to build.
